Personal protection equipment

It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure that personal protection equipment used in the workplace is CE marked and provides appropriate protection at all times against the risk the employee is exposed to.

The employer is responsible for your safety at work

Employers are also responsible for ensuring that personal protection equipment is available where it is needed and that necessary training is given. Regular controls of personal protection being used should be made and immediate measures should be put in place if mandatory personal protection equipment is not being utilised. The employer is also responsible for procedures for storing, maintaining, repairing and replacing personal protective equipment and for ensuring that the personal protective equipment is in a good hygienic condition.

Our product managers are available for advice concerning correct choice of protective equipment.
