COMPLAINT

You as a customer have the right to claim a product if its characteristics differ from what we have promised. The Costumer will be compensated for any shipping costs incurred in connection with the complaint. In case of dispute that can’t be settled by the Customer and C Supply, you, as the customer, can submit complaints online via the EU-commissions platform mediation for disputes, which can be found at the following link here. In any dispute, C Supply follows the decision of ARN or the respective Dispute Settlement Body.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When purchasing products from C Supply AB the Customer has a 14 day withdrawal period in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying C Supply accordingly within 14 days from when the Customer or its representative received the product ordered. Konsumentverket (The Swedish Consumer Agency) has a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal. You can download it here.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following kind of products:

(a) products made to the Customer’s specification and approval on item(s) which has been given a clear personalised character or

(b) products with broken seals which may not be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear and/or similar products)

PERSONAL DATA

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies throughout the European Union and its purpose is to create a uniform and harmonised level for the protection of personal data so that the free movement of personal data within Europe is not hindered. According to GDPR, you are entitled to know that when your chare your personal information you agree that we store and use it to meet your expectations regarding delivery, delivery information and customer service. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where the registration takes place in partnership with third parties.

You have the right to know what kind of personal data we use. If you have an account, you can log in to “My Account” to see what personal data we have stored on you, for e.g.: contact information, your discounts, delivery address, payment information etc. If you are not registered as a member or wish to know what kind of personal data we have stored on you and how we use it, you’re welcome to contact sales@csupply.se and we will be happy to help you.

To handle your orders and purchases, we require the following information about you;
Name, address, phone number and e-mail, payment information and payment history, information about your order (e.g.: order number, product(s), delivery address and invoice address).

We only hold onto your data as long as needed, otherwise we will delete it. If you wish us to delete your personal data, please contact us at sales@csupply.se. Please make sure that if you ask us to delete your data, you must ensure that you store all the information you need to handle any future warranty issues.

CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

C Supply AB reserves the right to change these General Conditions at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted on the Website. Changes will become valid once the Customer has accepted the General Conditions (in connection with a new purchase or while browsing the Website). We recommend that the Customer regularly keeps an eye on the Websites information about the General Conditions in order to become aware of any changes.
